Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping in USA, European Union where Amazon logistics is available. Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to delivery or custom restriction. Please refer to the product page for shipping allowance.

Express Shipments
If you need your order expedited, please contact us for the shipping cost. This may vary due to different areas.

Delivery Time
Delivery time generally takes 4-6 business days for domestic delivery. Delivery time does not include the time it takes to process your order. Normally, orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. But when the products are out of inventory in certain marketplace, the process time will be delay.

Tracking Orders
We will send you a shipment notification via email the day your package ships. The notification will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We use Amazon Logistic to ship the orders, Amazon will also notify you the shipping notification.

Return Policy

Every MagiForet purchase includes a 90-Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee started from the date of shipment. Refunds require return of product(s). Shipping and Handling costs will be deducted from refund, we do not supply return labels. Cost of shipping and handling vary from order. Please include order number as well as a reason for the return inside package when sending the products. Products must be sent and received within 90 days from we ship out the products.

Please include your order number as well as a small note to why the package is being returned. Once received a refund minus the shipping cost will be given.

Original Package

Shipping
